The Swedish Final was held on March 8th at Eriksbergshallen in Gothenburg, hosted by Jan Jingryd. The winner was chosen by 11 regional juries.

Blond came 14th at the ESC. The lead singer of N-Mix was Pernilla Emme who was a backing singer for Norway at ESC 1990.
