"The balkan girls" - Elena Gheorghe
The Romanian Final was held on January 31st at the TVR TV Studios in Bucharest, hosted by Orlando, Escu & Popescu. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: ROMANIAN SEMI-FINALS 2009 The winner was chosen by a mixture of televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%). Blaxy Girls won the televote while Elena Gheorghe won the "expert" jury vote.
