"Too much" - Arnis Mednis
The Latvian Final was held on February 24th at the LTV TV Studios in Riga, hosted by Horens Stalbe & Dita Torstere. The winner was chosen by 4 "expert" juries (80%) and televoting (20%) - Marija Naumova won the televote.
