The Estonian Final was held on March 7th at the ETV TV Studios in Tallinn, hosted by Henry & Robert Kõrvits. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 2 songs were chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.

Urban Symphony came 6th at the ESC. The backing singers for Urban Symphony were Marilin Kongo who came 8th in the 2006 Estonian Final & Mirjam Mesak who was a backing singer for Estonia in ESC 2007. Lowry was a backing singer for Estonia in ESC 2001 (in the group '2XL'). Kaire Vilgats was a backing singer for Estonia in ESC 2000 & Malta in ESC 2002. Laura represented Estonia in ESC 2005 in the group 'Suntribe'.
