"Shine" - De Toppers
The Dutch Final was held on February 1st at Studio 22 in Hilversum, hosted by Jack van Gelder. De Toppers sang all the songs and the winner was chosen by televoting (2/3) and an "expert" jury (1/3).

De Toppers includes Gordon who came 9th in the 1990 Dutch Final & 2nd in 2003. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final they were 17th.
