The Belgian Semi-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Brussels, hosted by Bart Peeters. Before the semi-finals there were four quarter-finals - click here for details: BELGIAN QUARTER-FINALS 2008 The top 2 songs in each semi-final (chosen by televoting) qualified for the final. The 3rd & 4th placed songs in each semi-final were eligible for a 'wildcard' to the final - an "expert" jury awarded one 'wildcard' after both of the semi-finals had been held.
