The Belgian Quarter-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Brussels, hosted by Bart Peeters. The top 2 songs in each quarter-final, chosen by televoting, automatically qualified for the semi-finals. The 3rd & 4th placed songs in each quarter-final were eligible for a 'wildcard' to the semi-finals - an "expert" jury awarded two 'wildcards' after all the quarter-finals had been held.
