The Belgian Semi-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. Before the semi-finals, there were 4 quarter-finals. Click here for details of the quarter-finals: BELGIAN QUARTER-FINALS 2006 The top 3 songs in each semi-final qualified for the final, along with one other song chosen by an "expert" jury (indicated with a 'J'). Voting in the semi-finals was a mixture of 5 juries: an "expert" jury, Radio 2 jury, Radio Donna jury, a press jury & televoting (which counted for 1/3 of the overall vote with the other 4 juries counting for 1/6).
