The Belgian Quarter-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. The top 3 songs in each quarter-final qualified for the semi-finals. After all the quarter finals had been held, an "expert" jury chose 2 other songs to go forward to the semi-finals (indicated with a 'J'). The semi-finalists were chosen by an "expert" jury (1/6), Radio 2 jury (1/6), Radio Donna jury (1/6), Press jury (1/6) & televoting (2/6).
