The Belgian Quarter-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. The top 3 songs in each quarter-final qualified for the semi-finals. After all the quarter finals had been held, an "expert" jury chose 2 other songs to go forward to the semi-finals (indicated with a 'J'). Voting in the quarter-finals was a mixture of 5 juries: an "expert" jury, Radio 2 jury, Radio Donna jury, a press jury and televoting (which counted for 1/3 of the overall vote with the other 4 juries counting for 1/6).
