The Belgian Semi-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. The winner of each semi-final and the three highest scoring losers went forward to the final. The finalists were chosen by an "expert" jury (1/6), Radio 2 jury (1/6), Radio Donna jury (1/6), European jury (1/6) & televoting (2/6).
