The Belgian Final was held on February 15th at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. Before the final, there were 4 semi-finals - click here for details: BELGIAN SEMI-FINALS 2004 The winner was chosen by an "expert" jury (1/6), Radio 2 jury (1/6), Radio Donna jury (1/6), European jury (1/6) & televoting (2/6).
