The Belgian Final was held on February 15th at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. Before the final, there were 4 semi-finals - click here for details: BELGIAN SEMI-FINALS 2004 The winner was chosen by the votes of 5 juries - an "expert" jury, Radio 2 jury, Radio Donna jury, a European jury and televoting (which counted for 1/3 of the overall vote with the other 4 juries counting for 1/6).
