The Belgian Semi-Finals were held at the VRT TV Studios in Schelle, hosted by Bart Peeters. The winning song in each semi-final qualified for the final along with the highest scoring runner-up from the 3 semi-finals. The voting consisted of 5 juries - an "expert" jury, Radio 2 jury, Radio Donna jury, a European jury and televoting. One of the members of the "expert" jury was Liliane Saint Pierre who represented Belgium in the 1987 ESC.
