The Ukrainian Semi-Finals were held at the Dovzhenko TV Studios in Kiev, hosted by Timur Miroshnichenko & Tatyana Goncharova. Before the semi-finals there were 5 quarter-finals - click here for details: UKRAINIAN QUARTER-FINALS 2011 Seven songs in each semi-final qualified for the final - 5 chosen by an "expert" jury (indicated by a 'J') and 2 by SMS voting. Matias was unable to perform in the semi-finals due to illness, however he was still eligible to qualify for the final via the SMS voting, the results of which were not announced until February 11th.
