The Norwegian Final was held on February 12th at the Spektrum in Oslo, hosted by Anne Rimmen & Per Sundnes. Before the final there were 4 semi-finals - click here for details: NORWEGIAN SEMI-FINALS 2011 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - the first to select the top 4, and the second to select the winner. In the first round, televoting alone decided the top 4, while in the second round the winner was chosen by the audience in the Spektrum, 4 regional juries and televoting.
