The Moldovan Semi-Finals were held at the TRM TV Studios in Chisinau. 8 songs in each semi-final qualified for the final - the top 7 chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%) qualified automatically. There was then a separate televote for the remaining 5 songs - the winners (Emilia Russu & Felicia Dunaf) qualified for the final.
