The Moldovan Final was held on February 27th at the TRM TV Studios in Chisinau, hosted by Sergiu Beznitchi & Olivia Furtuna. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: MOLDOVAN SEMI-FINALS 2016 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%).

Lidia Isac previously took part in the 2012 Moldovan Semi-Final. As part of the duo 'Glam Girls' she came 12th in the 2013 Moldovan Final, took part in the 2014 Moldovan Semi-Finals & came equal 13th with two songs in the 2015 Moldovan Final (one with 'Glam Girls' and one solo). At the 1st ESC Semi-Final, she was 17th.
