The Maltese Semi-Final was held on February 11th at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, hosted by Keith Demicoli & Valerie Vella. The top 16 songs, chosen by televoting (1/3) and an "expert" jury (2/3) qualified for the final.
