"I've been waiting for this night" - Donny Montell
The Lithuanian Final was held on March 12th at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, hosted by Andrius Rožickas & Geruta Griniute. Before the final there were 9 shows - click here for details: LITHUANIAN SHOWS 2016 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%). Ruslanas Kirilkinas sang his song in Lithuanian in the final.

Donny Montell previously represented Lithuania in ESC 2012. He also came 2nd in the 2009 Lithuanian Final, took part in the 2010 Lithuanian Semi-Finals (as 'Donatas Montvydas') and came 5th & equal 10th in the 2011 Lithuanian Final. At the ESC he was 9th. Erica Jennings represented Lithuania in ESC 2001 in the group Skamp.
