"Blue and red" - ManuElla
The Slovene Final was held on February 27th at the RTVSLO TV Studios in Ljubljana, hosted by Klemen Slakonja. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - in the first round an "expert" jury selected the top 2 songs and in the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.

ManuElla (Manuela Brecko) previously took part in the heats for the 2012 Slovene Final. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final she was 14th. Regina represented Slovenia in ESC 1996. Nuša Derenda represented Slovenia in ESC 2001.
