The Latvian Final was held on February 22nd at the LTV Studios in Riga, hosted by Ketija Šenberga & Toms Grevinš. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: LATVIAN SEMI-FINAL 2015 The winner was chosen by televoting/internet voting.

Aminata was previously a backing singer for Janis Stibelis in the 2011 Latvian Final & came 5th in the 2014 Latvian Final. At the ESC she was 6th. One of the members of Elektrofolk was Andris Abelite who represented Latvia in ESC 2007 in the group 'Bonaparti.lv'.
