The Latvian Semi-Finals were held at the LTV TV Studios in Riga, hosted by Ugis Joksts & Valters Fridenbergs. In the first 2 semi-finals, 5 songs automatically qualified for the final - 3 chosen by televoting (indicated with a 'T') and two by an "expert" jury (indicated with a 'J'). The losing songs went forward to the third semi-final where 2 songs qualified for the final - 1 chosen by televoting and 1 by an "expert" jury. The televoting results/placings are followed by the placings of the "expert" jury.
