The Estonian Final was held on March 6th at Saku Suurhall in Tallinn, hosted by Tõnis Niinemets & Grete Kuld. Before the final there were two semi-finals - click here for details: ESTONIAN SEMI-FINALS 2021 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 3 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an international "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.

Uku Suviste previously took part in the 2017 Estonian Semi-Finals, came 2nd in the 2019 Estonian Final & won the 2020 Estonian Final. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final he was 13th. Suured Tüdrukud were Kaire Vilgats & Dagmar Oja. Kaire was a backing singer for Estonia at ESC 2000, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and Malta at ESC 2002. Dagmar Oja was a backing singer for Estonia at ESC 2006, 2016, 2017, 2019 and Malta at ESC 2002. Ivo Linna represented Estonia at ESC 1996. Jüri Pootsmann represented Estonia at ESC 2016. Koit Toome represented Estonia at ESC 1998 & 2017.
