The Danish Final was held on March 6th at the DR TV Studios in Copenhagen, hosted by Tina Müller & Martin Brygmann. The winner was chosen by SMS and mobile app voting in two rounds of voting - the first to select the top 3 and the second to select the winner.

At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final, Fyr & Flamme were 11th. Mike Tramp represented Denmark at ESC 1978 in the group 'Mabel'.
