"Samo shampioni" - Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankulov

The Bulgarian Final was held on March 3rd at the BNT TV Studios in Sofia, hosted by Dragomir Draganov. The winner was chosen by an “expert” jury (50%) and televoting (50%). As there was a tie at the end of the voting, the televoting result took precedence and "Kismet" was declared the winner. On March 11th "Kismet" was withdrawn by Bulgarian TV due to copyright issues with one of the composers of the song.

Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankulov previously represented Bulgaria in ESC 2007. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final they came 12th.
