The Bulgarian Final was held on February 23rd at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, hosted by Maria Ilieva & Orlin Pavlov. The winner was chosen by a mixture of SMS voting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%). Poli Genova previously came 9th in the 2005 Bulgarian Final (in the group 'Melody'), 4th in 2006 (in the group 'Melody Traffic') & 2nd in 2009. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final she was equal 12th.
