SERBIA

The Serbian Final will be held on March 4th at the RTS TV Studios in Belgrade. Before the final there will be two semi-finals. The top 8 songs in each semi-final, chosen by chosen by SMS voting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) will qualify for the final.
