The Portuguese Semi-Finals were held at the Valentim de Carvalho Studios in Lisbon. Five songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 4 were chosen by televoting and online voting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round one more song was selected by televoting and online voting.
