The Norwegian Final was held on February 15th at the Oslo Spektrum, hosted by Tete Lidbom, Marte Stokstad & Markus Neby. The winner was chosen by online voting (60%) & 10 international "expert" juries (40%).

Kyle Alessandro previously came 9th in the 2023 Norwegian Final in the group 'Umami Tsunami'. Bobbysocks won ESC 1985 for Norway. Elisabeth Andreassen also represented Norway at ESC 1994 & 1996 and Sweden at ESC 1982. Hanne Krogh also represented Norway at ESC 1971 & ESC 1991 in the group 'Just 4 Fun'. Wig Wam represented Norway at ESC 2005.
