The Norwegian Final was held on February 15th at the Oslo Spektrum, hosted by Tete Lidbom, Marte Stokstad & Markus Neby. The winner was chosen by online voting (60%) & 10 international "expert" juries (40%).

Kyle Alessandro previously came 9th in the 2023 Norwegian Final in the group 'Umami Tsunami'. At the ESC he was 18th. Bobbysocks won ESC 1985 for Norway. Elisabeth Andreassen also represented Norway at ESC 1994 & 1996 and Sweden at ESC 1982. Hanne Krogh also represented Norway at ESC 1971 & ESC 1991 in the group 'Just 4 Fun'. Wig Wam represented Norway at ESC 2005.
