"Dobrodošli" - Nina Žižic
The Montenegrin Final was held on November 27th at the Voco Hall in Podgorica, hosted by Marko Todorovic & Vladana Vucinic. The winner was chosen by an international "expert" jury (50%) & SMS voting (50%). On December 4th NeonoeN withdrew from the ESC due to having unknowingly violated the September 1 rule and were replaced by Nina Žižic.
