The Luxembourg Final was held on January 24th at Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette, hosted by Raoul Roos, Loïc Jochem & Hana Sofia Lopes. The winner was chosen by 8 international "expert" juries (50%) & televoting (50%) in two rounds of voting - the first to select the top 3 and the second to select the winner.
