The Lithuanian Semi-Finals were held at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, hosted by Nombeko Auguste, Rimvydas Cerniauskas & Gabriele Martirosian. The top 2 in each semi-final, chosen by an "expert" jury (50%) & televoting (50%) qualified for the final. As two of the non-qualifying songs (Black Biceps & Liepa) had received the same number of points as other songs that did qualify for the final, they were both awarded a 'wildcard' to the final.
