LITHUANIA

The Lithuanian Final will be held on February 15th at the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas. Before the final there will be 5 semi-finals held at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, starting on January 11th. The top 2 in each semi-final will qualify for the final where the winner will be chosen in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 3 will be chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner will be chosen by televoting.
