The Latvian Semi-Finals were held at the Riga Film Studio, hosted by Katija Šenberga, Mara Sleja & Lauris Reiniks. The top 5 in each semi-final chosen by SMS voting & online voting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final.
