"Too epic to be true" - Vanilla Ninja
The Estonian Final was held on February 14th at Unibet Arena in Tallinn, hosted by Korea & Karl-Erik Taukar. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 3 were chosen by an international "expert" jury (50%) and televoting & online voting (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting & online voting.

Vanilla Ninja previously represented Switzerland at ESC 2005. They also came equal 9th in the 2003 Estonian Final & 4th in 2007. Group member Lenna Kuurmaa also came 2nd in 2010 & 2012, 4th in 2014 and 8th in 2017. Group member Piret Järvis also came 7th in 2010 (as lead singer of 'Disko 4000'). New group member Kerli Kivilaan also came equal 8th in 2019. Getter Jaani represented Estonia at ESC 2011. Stockholm Cowboys is Stig Rästa who represented Estonia at ESC 2015 & Victor Crone who represented Estonia at ESC 2019.
