The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at Saku Suurhall in Tallinn, hosted by Tõnis Niinemets & Grete Kuld. The finalists in each semi-final were chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 4 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the top 2 were chosen by televoting.
