The Albanian Final will be held on December 22nd at the Palace of Congress in Tirana, hosted by Enkel Demi & Ornela Bregu. Before the final there will be 2 semi-finals with the top 18 qualifying for the final. The winner will be chosen by televoting & an "expert" jury.
