The Yugoslav final was held on March 3rd at the Dvorana Jazine in Zadar, hosted by Ana Brbora-Hum & Branko Uvodic. The winning song was chosen by the votes of 8 regional juries.

Tajci came 7th at the ESC. The lead singer of 'Viktorija' was Snezana Miskovic who represented Yugoslavia at ESC 1982 in the group 'Aska'.
