Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: SERBIA & MONTENEGRO SEMI-FINAL 2004 The winner was chosen by 9 jury members (4 from Serbia, 4 from Montenegro and televoting/SMS voting being the 9th member). Zeljko Joksimovic won the televote/SMS vote.
