The Norwegian Semi-Finals were hosted by Per Sundnes. The top 2 songs in each semi-final (chosen by televoting) qualified for the final, while the 3rd and 4th placed songs in the first 3 semi-finals went forward to the 4th semi-final where they had a second chance to qualify for the final.
