The Norwegian Final was held on February 10th at the Spektrum in Oslo, hosted by Synnøve Svabø & Stian Barsnes Simonsen. Before the final there were 4 semi-finals - click here for details: NORWEGIAN SEMI-FINALS 2007 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - the first to select the top 4, and the second to select the winner. In the first round, televoting alone decided the top 4, while in the second round the winner was chosen by 3 regional juries and televoting.
