The Norwegian Semi-Finals were hosted by Synnøve Svabø &
Stian Barsnes Simonsen. The top 2 songs in the first 3 semi-finals (chosen
by televoting) qualified for the final, while the 3rd and 4th placed songs
had a second chance to qualify for the final in the 4th semi-final.
