"On my own" - Haldor Lægreid
The Norwegian Final was held on February 24th at the Spektrum in Oslo, hosted by HC Andersen. The winner was chosen in two rounds - the first to select the top 4 and the second to select the winner. The voting was a mixture of regional televoting and an "expert" jury.
