"My heart goes boom" - Charmed
The Norwegian Final was held on March 4th at the NRK TV Studios in Oslo, hosted by HC Andersen & Stine Buer. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - the first to select the top 4 and the second to select the winner. The voting was a mixture of regional televoting (5/7) & an "expert" jury (2/7).
