The Dutch Semi-Finals were held at the Pepsi Stage Theatre in Amsterdam, hosted by Nance & Hans Schiffers. In each semi-final, the top two songs chosen by televoting (indicated by a 'T') and one by an "expert" jury (indicated by a 'J') qualified for the final. The "expert" jury included Esther Hart who represented the Netherlands in ESC 2003.
