The Lithuanian Final was held at the Siemens Arena in Vilnius on March 4th, hosted by Jurga Šeduikyte & Rolandas Vilkoncius. Before the final there were 3 semi-finals - click here for details: LITHUANIAN SEMI-FINALS 2006 The winner was chosen by televoting.

LT United came 6th at the ESC. One of the members of the group was Viktoras Diawara who represented Lithuania in ESC 2001 in the group Skamp. Another member of the group was Andrius Mamontovas who came 2nd in the 2001 Lithuanian Final (as Cloudmaker). B'avarija won the 2002 Lithuanian Final but were later disqualified.
