"Milim la'ahava" - Lior Narkis

The Israeli Final was held on January 23rd at the Ha'Oman 17 nightclub in Jerusalem, hosted by Eden Har'el. Lior Narkis sang all the songs and the winner was chosen by a mixture of SMS/televoting (60%) and an "expert" jury (40%).
