Silvía Nótt came 13th at the ESC Semi-Final where one of her backing singers was Sigríður Beinteinsdóttir who represented Iceland in ESC 1990, 1992 & 1994. Birgitta Haukdal represented Iceland at ESC 2003. Rúna Stefánsdóttir was a backing singer for Iceland at ESC 1999. Regína Ósk was a backing singer for Iceland at ESC 2001, 2003 & 2005. Amongst the backing singers for Ardís Ólöf, Friðrik Ómar, Davíð Olgeirsson, Bjartmar Þórðarson & Birgitta Haukdal was Kristján Gíslason who represented Iceland at ESC 2001 in the group 'Two Tricky'.
