The Estonian Final was held on February 3rd at the ETV TV Studios in Tallinn, hosted by Marko Reikop & Maarja. The winner was chosen in two rounds of televoting - the first to select the top 3 and the second to choose the winner.

Gerli Padar previously came 10th in the 1999 Estonian Final & 3rd in 2002. At the ESC Semi-Final, she was equal 22nd. Koit Toome represented Estonia at ESC 1998. Laura represented Estonia at ESC 2005 in the group Suntribe. Vanilla Ninja represented Switzerland at ESC 2005. Soul Militia were backing singers for Estonia at ESC 2001 as the group 2XL. Ines represented Estonia at ESC 2000.
