The Danish Final was held on March 13th at the DR TV studios in Copenhagen, hosted by Keld Heick. The winner was chosen by 5 juries (4 televoting regions and a jury of "experts").

Trine Jepsen & Michael Teschl came equal 8th at the ESC where they sang their song in English as "This time I mean it". One of their backing singers at the ESC was Kenny Lübcke who represented Denmark in 1992.
