The Croatian Semi-Finals were held at the HRT TV Studios in Zagreb, hosted by Duško Curlic & Robert Ferlin. Before the semi-finals, there was a quarter-final - 20 songs were presented on Croatian TV during 10 shows from February 7th-18th. Then from February 21st-24th, 4 more shows were broadcast with televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) deciding the 18 semi-finalists which were announced on February 25th. The top 7 songs in each semi-final, chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final.
